HSN Arcade Issues
Good afternoon, HSN Community members. We’re currently aware of the issues some of you are experiencing with the new HSN Arcade layout and we are working diligently to get these corrected. We greatly appreciate your patience while we work through this. Thanks so much!
7/16/15 Updates (unless otherwise noted):
Hi Gamers!
We first want to say how much we appreciate your patience this past week! As you can imagine, last week’s Arcade updates didn’t go quite as smoothly as we’d hoped and our teams have been working to fix issues and tweak features based on your feedback.
We wanted to update you on some of the things we’ve corrected and are working on.
Arcade Menu Bar
– The black menu bar at the top is no longer “sticky.” Now, when you’re in theater mode and increase the browser zoom, the black bar will not increase with everything else.
– The “Community” link on the menu bar now goes directly to the Arcade forum.
– We changed the text color of the current and lifetime tickets from pink to white.
– The “Hello, Nickname” link now goes to your profile Favorite Games tab instead of your Rewards History tab.
Game Play
– Some players were being directed to the Rewards Store, Winners or Community page during game play. That won’t happen any longer.
– Fixed the rotation issue that prevented tablet users from starting in portrait mode. This issue only impacted users accessing the HSN.com desktop version on their tablets – not users playing on the HSN Tablet app.
Spin2Win
– Fixed the issue with the game not loading.
– Fixed the issue with the game not awarding tickets.
– Fixed the issue where the game would show the same matches for multiple spins.
– The Spin2Win rules have been updated to reflect the correct dates and amounts.
– Fixed the issue with some customers’ spins not starting at 10 on a new day.
– We fixed an issue some players were having logging in to play Spin2Win on our apps.
Mahjongg
– Fixed the issue with the game not loading on iOS devices.
– Fixed the issue with the game not awarding points.
Flip Out
– Fixed the issue that prevented some players from advancing past level 1.
Tri Peaks Solitaire
– Updated the game with new scoring.
– The game is now available on mobile devices, however, it is no longer available on Internet Explorer 8 or 9.
Rewards Store
– Fixed the issue with the incorrect messaging that a sweepstakes has ended when there is still time to enter.
– The alternate entry option has been added back to the sweepstakes rules.
Games Pages
– In Progress: The TS Jigsaw Puzzle image incorrectly shows “fastest to solve the puzzle.” Update 8/18/15: We are hoping to have this corrected within the next couple of weeks.
– In Progress: Watching HSN live and want to buy? The “Shop This Item” link will open in a new tab so that your game play is not interrupted. Update 8/18/15: We are hoping to have this corrected in early September.
– Added the game carousel back to the in-game and game over pages. This allows you to view games, in alphabetical order, without going back to the main Games page. Update 8/18/15: We have received suggestions to make this a continuous loop. Although we are unable to make that change at this time, we will explore other options to improve your experience using this feature.

As of 6:25pm EST the Spin2Win game is STILL NOT LOADING. I also tried 12 hrs ago at 6:30 am and it wouldn’t then either. I saw the manager said the load issue was resolved, but it isn’t.

nanc308 I feel what you are saying they changed my phone number lastnight and trying to re-add my debit card and I lost all my darn lifetime and current tickets started me all over again, Beginning to think something is wrong and it is not the computer but human error. saying now that I have only been a member since July 2015 that is hilarious when you can go back and see where I ahd points in Dec 2014 pertty pathetic. Oh well I may stop playing too.

I can’t get the Spin2Win to load. I’ve tried several times.

why is it every time they "improve" the app, it’s a mess. I still can’t log in to get my points. I think HSN doesn’t want us to use the mobile apps to play games!

Still not working correctly. I’ve tried to get several games loaded and instead of loading the game, it puts the TSV to the left side of page. I’ve even rebooted my computer and it still does it.

thank you I did complete that form hope they find my points says i am a member since jul7 2015 when you can go back and see where i got points in december makes no sense really weird. just want my points back i feel naked. lol all that work for nothing.

they reset my account and it took all my points away I am not happy about that been playing arcade forever wow may quit this is not making me happy. lifetime over 500 thousand and the other one was nearly 200 thousand points wow I am not a happy camper at all

Tri Peak Solitaire….. I hope it will revert to the original format because I cannot play this new one. The "suits" of the cards are so very large that they distract from the actual number on the cards which is after all what you use to play the game with! Couple that with this new version which is now very hard on your eyes.

When I use Spin-to-Win, it will open stating that I have 8 attempts left or 6 attempts left when I have not Spun the wheel at all. Other times it will open with 10 attempts left, which is correct.

Ok Ryan…playing along on Cubis…minding my own business and have a REALLY nice game…then half way through, AGAIN…the game freezes. It’s not me. Please don’t go there. I reported this to the Arcade Team before and never heard back. It’s getting a little frustrating. This is happening more and more. Just thought I would mention it.

Seems we still have an on again off again situation with the Spin to Win game….maybe HSN should consider going back to the original setup for the Arcade which exhibited zero problems. And while I am at it….why do I find someone else’s purchase attempts showing up in my shopping cart. I am beginning to become very worried about the integrity of my account with HSN.

I’m still having trouble playing Mahjongg on my Iphone. Every time I get a good score on the first two screens, it kicks me out of the game before the third screen loads.

None of the games will load up. Just a blank screen. And yes I did all the things that everyone says to do. Has not worked all day.

as long as you are fixing things, please fix the bridge game that keeps freezing and saying the flash player has stopped working. i have the latest flash and use chrome
