Good afternoon, HSN Community members. We’re currently aware of the issues some of you are experiencing with the new HSN Arcade layout and we are working diligently to get these corrected. We greatly appreciate your patience while we work through this. Thanks so much!

7/16/15 Updates (unless otherwise noted):

Hi Gamers!

We first want to say how much we appreciate your patience this past week! As you can imagine, last week’s Arcade updates didn’t go quite as smoothly as we’d hoped and our teams have been working to fix issues and tweak features based on your feedback.

We wanted to update you on some of the things we’ve corrected and are working on.

Arcade Menu Bar

– The black menu bar at the top is no longer “sticky.” Now, when you’re in theater mode and increase the browser zoom, the black bar will not increase with everything else.
– The “Community” link on the menu bar now goes directly to the Arcade forum.
– We changed the text color of the current and lifetime tickets from pink to white.
– The “Hello, Nickname” link now goes to your profile Favorite Games tab instead of your Rewards History tab.

Game Play

– Some players were being directed to the Rewards Store, Winners or Community page during game play. That won’t happen any longer.
– Fixed the rotation issue that prevented tablet users from starting in portrait mode. This issue only impacted users accessing the HSN.com desktop version on their tablets – not users playing on the HSN Tablet app.

Spin2Win

– Fixed the issue with the game not loading.
– Fixed the issue with the game not awarding tickets.
– Fixed the issue where the game would show the same matches for multiple spins.
– The Spin2Win rules have been updated to reflect the correct dates and amounts.

– Fixed the issue with some customers’ spins not starting at 10 on a new day.
– We fixed an issue some players were having logging in to play Spin2Win on our apps.

Mahjongg

– Fixed the issue with the game not loading on iOS devices.
– Fixed the issue with the game not awarding points.

Flip Out

– Fixed the issue that prevented some players from advancing past level 1.

Tri Peaks Solitaire

– Updated the game with new scoring.
– The game is now available on mobile devices, however, it is no longer available on Internet Explorer 8 or 9.

Rewards Store

– Fixed the issue with the incorrect messaging that a sweepstakes has ended when there is still time to enter.
– The alternate entry option has been added back to the sweepstakes rules.

Games Pages

– In Progress: The TS Jigsaw Puzzle image incorrectly shows “fastest to solve the puzzle.” Update 8/18/15: We are hoping to have this corrected within the next couple of weeks.

– In Progress: Watching HSN live and want to buy? The “Shop This Item” link will open in a new tab so that your game play is not interrupted. Update 8/18/15: We are hoping to have this corrected in early September.

– Added the game carousel back to the in-game and game over pages. This allows you to view games, in alphabetical order, without going back to the main Games page. Update 8/18/15: We have received suggestions to make this a continuous loop. Although we are unable to make that change at this time, we will explore other options to improve your experience using this feature.

0 points given for games won on Lights, Camera, Subtraction this morning. I’ve had this problem before, but here it is again… sigh…

Not receiving tokens for playing several games this morning, I am going to try again to see what happens.. !!! Played the Puzzle no tokens and others and no tokens yes I have & always do clear my flash, cache etc before logging in or to any site.. Hope this is resolved since we play our hearts out trying to win for the tokens and we are not getting them… Have a Blessed Night to all :):womansad:

I still have 1 square on S2W on Level 1? And, everytine, I go to a different site on HSN, I have to sign back in? Glad they are still working on this problem, but, aggravating to have to check every time I go to a different site on HSN!

I have lost alot of tickets, because when the game finishes, itis losing your server connection. My computer is fine, but it wont return to the right pge, thus I lose out ??

why do I always have trouble getting into the spin to win?

What is going on with spin to win? I just won 500 tickets the 3 yellow tabs and was congratulated by the system and those 500 tickets were initailly added to my score, now they are gone??? All month have had problems with spin to win. Appreciate a response. Thank you.

I have emailed hsn twice about my issue with Mahjongg Dimensions and have rec’d no response. I have also posted here and rec’d no help. I am playing the game on my iphone4 and when I finish the second screen with plenty of time left, the 3rd screen will not load and I get kicked out of hsn entirely and back to my home screen on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared all history, cookies, and done everything else I can but still the same problem. Is anyone else experiencing this???

So it doesn’t matter how high a player scores at the Jigsaw Puzzle. It’s set so that nobody will be able to win the prize again. Well, I guess I’ll play casually.

Just checking to see if the Trivia game that we can play at home on Friday nights has been fixed. As you recall, last week the questions posted on the Arcade home page, but it would not allow us to post our answers.

There were many posts about this last Friday and Saturday, but I do not recall reading whether the problem had been solved so that we can enjoy the game and get lots of free tickets tomorrow evening.

I’d appreciate a heads up about this. Thanks.

This is strange. I signed into site, placed an order then went to arcade, decided to do todays jigsaw, had to sign in again but it still woldn’t load. That goes for spin to win too!

P.S. After this post I tried again and the games loaded. So call me daffy but what’s up with the jigsaw lately. Puzzle pieces don’t fall into place without extra movements. It’s the correct piece but you have to move it around to have it drop into place. This adds extra time on in the end. Used to be all you had to do was pass it over the spot and it would fall into place asap.

7/21 and today 7/22/2015 will not load the Spin to ?Win game for me again. Did the same thing last week. I keep loosing the chance to get points. I really wish that you would get this fixed. PLEASE…..

Two days ago I sent an e-mail to the help line asking among other things why I get a white screen with an exclamation point in the middle during a game. I was told I would receive a reply withing 24 hrs. NO reply has been given yet. What is the problem? Also the problem I have mentioned before about not having color or font sizes, screen still rolling, games freezing etc. Is anyone home? Today in the middle of Margarativille it froze. Thanks a lot for all the fun not.

I cannot access any GAMES today. When I select a game, I get a picture of the Today’s Special item. Please reply.
