Wow Xbox One Bundle!!!

I purchased 2 from HSN. I used them briefly at the end of last summer then stored them for the winter. I used them for a few months this year and thought I’d somehow escaped the curse of these hoses….until one day pop like a water balloon, soaked me just when I was doing a quick wattering of some potted plants before going out for the night! The next day the second one popped. So they lasted less than a year which seemed to be much longer than average for these…I was really bummed because I loved them. What a waste and I cant believe HSN continues to carry them seasom after season….

I purchased 2 from Amazon about 6 months ago and both continue to work well, no leaks.

I bought two of these hoses a couple of years ago.  Don’t use them a lot but one just popped on me.  Not sure if there’s a warranty or when I purchased so I guess I’m out of pocket.  Really liked it until it broke.

Thank you all for your comments on this hose. After seeing it on TV and now on Hsn, I was ready to buy one of these since I really am tired of buying garden hoses that kink and leak. You just saved me from buying this product and from the sounds of all your experiences, this item needs to go back to the drawing board for a more durable product.

pipman, I can’t believe that you have another item that gave you extreme problems!! Maybe you should have someone else buy the stuff for you. LOL What else did you buy? they say everything comes in 3’s. Maybe your luck will change after that. Sure hope so.

MaryWorth and Pipman, The extended warranty is a joke. These things pop within a month. No matter where you purchase them they are garbage AND you know why? Because they are made in China.
Don’t waste your money on this hose.

I think that the name should have been Expendable vs. Expandable.

I went through 3…2 I was lucky enough that USPS LOST them, so got a complete refund.

Hose 3 blew up after the 30 days so I tossed it, not knowing about the extended period.

I’ve got a neighbor that buys them at the BB&B store…when they blow up, she just takes them back and exchanges them. She said that the staff is SO over the hose popping holes, that they would just toss the bad one in a bin and say…help yourself to another.

I wonder how many millions of people got burned by buying these?!?

Is this the one that has an extended return deadline now? Look in the “What can we do better” section, extended return deadline thread. Here’s the response from HSNhelp, but I’m not sure if it’s the same product you’re talking about.
