Spin to Win game

I am one of the many people that are having issues regarding the "prize pay out" of this game. I "won" a $50.00 gift card, which I have yet to receive. I phoned HSN’s customer service & was directed to contact/email the entity that produces the "games". I did & still have not received any communication from them. I see that there have been many, many issues, as well as, "pay outs" are no longer valid due to the date played. This should be posted and/or the GAME should be discontinued.

eagleeye, the game was changed by HSN on August 1. Sometimes browsers hold old information and that causes people to get the old version of the game. The people who did not get their payouts because of the date they played were playing the old game. That’s not HSN’s fault. They posted the correct game. I have been getting that game since midnight August 1. There was an issue with the game not giving the correct number of tickets but HSN is working on that. Since I haven’t won anything yet on this version of the game, I can’t say whether or not that’s already been fixed.

If you won a $50 gift card during the birthday month celebration in July, all you really need to use it is the code that posted on the screen when you won. The email would have come from HSN Prize Fulfillment. Check your spam or junk mail as it might have gone there; but you don’t have to have it in order to use the gift card if you wrote down the code. I won a $25 giftcard and can post the details here for you if you still haven’t found the email.
