The game is a con. I got the same reply about clearning cookies etc.etc.etc. and it didn’t matter. I also won 500 points and got 100 AND I won a $50.00 gift card which they never credited me with. I asked my computer cosultant about their excuse of clearning cookies and he just laughed. Wonder what excuse they will come up with next!!

This game does NOT pay out.

This morning I received 500 tickets in a row, and it only gave me 100.

Two other times I had received a $25.00 gift card, and (you guessed it) same thing–more tickets.

Why bother playing if you don’t receive what’s listed?

Either tweak it or remove it. IMHO

Everytime I Win at Spin to Win never recieve the tickets that I win! Just yesterday I got 3 500 tickets to win in a row and the tickets were not given to me. Instead the message said Sorry but you are not a winner today!! I don’t have that problem with any of the other games! Any one else have this problem??

I also loved to play spin-to-win game. Never won money, but won many tickets. Maybe will appear back in the Spring.
