SHAME ON DELIVERY GAMES

HSN and ANDREW LESSMANN something built SO PERFECT and to such a perfection 10 day estimated delivery dates does just not suit… 7 business day deliveries on 350 dollar orders just does not cut it and don’t make sense… ANY LOGICAL EXPLANATION TO THAT?? While major competition is on who delivers best what makes HSN TAKE ITS TIME AND MAKE RECIPIENT SUFFER WAITING.. the more funny is that we get e MAILS saying congratulations your order is on its way

Apparently the standard is 7 to 10 days regardless of what is ordered or the amount.That seems to be the way their system works but it sure seems behind the times for 2016.Most any place ships an order within three days even with free shipping..But not much to do but wait because they do give you the shipping and delivery timeline when you order.I think they do give you the option to upgrade to faster shipping at checkout.Sometimes the orders are on the way but just not entered into the tracking system for a couple of days for some unknown reason..I hope you get your order soon.

SERIOUSLY SORRY TO HEAR YOU HAVE PROBLEMS. I ALWAYS GET MY MERCHANDISE IN A VERY SHORT TIME – USUALLY WAY SHORTER THAN THE ESTIMATE. HOPE IT GETS BETTER FOR YOU….

Seriously?

no one iw mking you suffer waiting. $350 is the price of the merchandise — not the shipping. If you need it so quickly, pay for expedited shipping. Otherwise, you know the delivery schedule, and you did not cancel the order, so you really have no room to complain.
