Could someone please give me an update on when problems will be resolved so we can play games again. Is it just me, or are others also having these problems too? Thanks so much for your help.

Try opening a new browser by typing hsnarcade, don’t enter the site through a bookmark, favorites or email.

Having same problem, nothing seems to work. On PC, not tablet or mobile.
