i clicked the play again button and it goes to a screen that says rate this game or add to favorites. i click on the rate and it says i had already rated the game. i can’t like it as i don.t do facebook. what do i need to do to play again.

Hello to you, bjmack, if you possibly sign out, and sign back in you will be able to play again, not sure if you want to bookmark it as your favorite, sometimes it takes, you can only rate a game I believe it allows you once. Please let me know if you may need anymore help, enjoy playing and don’t forget to enter for Prizes, that HSN gives to their winners randomly:):)

If the play again screen is not working click on view all games and select the game again, this usually clears that problem for me. You can only rank a game once and by clicking on the heart it will add that game to your HSN game favorite list. It has nothing to do with Facebook.
