Problems with Search Party arcade game

When playing Search Party in the Arcade, does anyone else constantly get a Mathematics category, which doesn’t work? No letters show up. The only option is to end the game — after you accumulated ooints from previous boards, but you otherwise could have continued. It is so frustrating. It happened to me yesterday about 90 percent of the time I played the game. I contacted Customer Service months ago (my message was forwarded to IT) but the problems continue. I hope just that 1 non-functioning board could be deleted; I don’t want the game removed.

When I played Search Party that "mathematics" category came up also and it was annoying, so I don’t play "Search Party" anymore, I recommend jigsaw puzzle, they have a daily drawing for spendable $Kash when you complete the puzzle, so much more worth my time than "Search Party",

BeeCee, here is another tip for the puzzle…

Click on main menu function piece on screen bottom left

click on "show edges"

Finish the edges..

Then click "show all" and "toggle depth" and then main menu again

toggle depth keeps puzzle pieces from "hiding" underneath each other

The Search Party game used to be my favorite game, but I give up on it. It’s not worth the frustration.

I don’t see the main menu that vacuumlover talks about. About every other game or more, the mathematics screen pops up. It’s very frustrating. I’ve written to customer service twice, and one time they said they would talk to the web people, and the other time they said they would tell the people in charge of the game. Nothing ever gets fixed. Now I like the 52 card pickup game and the Find It game. So far no issues with those, altho when I’m not doing as well on the Find It game, the cartoon girl jumping up and down kind of makes me nuts. lol

Since there might be alot of Arcade players around tonight for FNGN, just thought hmm why don’t they get rid of Search Party Arcade Game since it hasn’t worked correctly in years and keeps stopping at the “Mathematics” category which essentially ends your game. This is so bizarre that I had to take a snip of it and show Arcade Team. Like the Arcade Team had no problem getting rid of “Springtime Matchup” – that game worked toooo good -but they can’t get rid of this bomb? Kerplunk!
