Please, please help. The games do not work. I hae followed your directions and nothing!

Make sure that you have cleared your cache and cookies and if you are using a bookmark for HSN, delete it and go to HSN thru the search bar using .com

The website changes so often, that much of the time the bookmarks are no good. 

Games wouldnt load up for me last night so I changed from internet explorer to Google chrome, they worked then.
