I have gotten all the way to the end just once, but my high score is only 31,100.  In order to get high points you have to go fast without a hesitation.  The trick is to rack up the points in the very first level without stopping.  You can get 16.000 for that level alone and it is the easiest.  If I’m trying for points and I don’t have at least 10,000 point and 5 minutes at the end of the first level, I just quite and start again.  I get 10 points for just the first level and it takes less than a minute, so even starting over I can get some points.  All the other levels I am very slow on, but I’m learning to rotate the stack and look for matches better now.  I don’t like the Dark Dimensions as well.

Is it possible to play the game WITHOUT the timer shutting it off?  Someone mentioned accessing It in practice mode.  How do I do that?

Congrats to boodlemum for finishing Dark Dimensions!  I got to level 5 one time, but don’t play it often because it frustrates me.  I think practice and visual recall is the key. 

I usually get over 30,000 a few times each day and get 50 tickets.  My high score is 41,192.  It took a lot of practice to get there.  I have no idea how some people have gotten to over 100,000.  They must have practiced a lot and have excellent visual recall, or they are a computer 🙂

NO WAY!  I have played that game almost daily ever since it first appeared in HSN’s arcade and I have yet to even score over 30,000 points.  I would love to see how those who have gotten such high scores actually do it.  There has got to be some trick to it, but I haven’t yet figured it out.  :womanfrustrated:

It took me almost two years of playing to finally get through Level 3.  I think about three years or so of playing I’ve "won" only about four times.  Strangely, I’ve gotten through all the levels of Mahjong Dark Dimensions (my favorite game) many more times.

January 27-2014 @ 2:44pm MST… I just got through my fourth time of getting all the tiles off of Mahjong Dimensions; I had 11-seconds remaining. However, I got the highest score ever in this game this time. I could never get past 32K (whether I got all the tiles off or not). But, this time, my score was 35,140! I think I’m more excited by the score than I am at having gotten all the tiles off again! *lol*

It does take practice to accomplish getting all the tiles off, you have to be fast… but, it also takes luck in that some games have the tiles set-up in such a way that the tiles just fall into place… boom, boom, boom. There is virtually no ‘searching’ for matching tiles, they’re just laid-out before your eyes.

Once you experience this kind of game, you’ll know what I’m talking about… so, don’t give up… it’ll happen at some point for you.

Yes!  I have several times.  It took about 30,000 points to get there.  When you finish level 3 its the end of the game.    Have you tried Mahjong Deminsions Dark?  Has anyone passed level 6?  I can’t get past level 6..
