loosing games

still having trouble with games going away inmiddle of game. have followed all suggestions but nothing works. is anyone else having this problem? frustrating to play game and then loose it before you can finish

Hello kita1232, I’m sorry you are having the game cut out before you finish. Please check your signal strength is consistant, especially if you are playing on a wireless device. Then follow all these tips to refresh the site, delete cookies and cache and be sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash. Then load HSN from the URL and not from favorites or a bookmark. Sign into Arcade and try again.

kita123, when you say "games going away in middle of game," what is actually happening? Is the game freezing?Are you being sent to other pages? If you can describe better what’s happening, we might be able to offer other possible solutions.
