Lack of Points for Games I Play
Whenever I play games in the arcade I never get points. It either registers 0 or nothing at all. The only game that gives me points is "spin to win". I have only been able to get points by completing missions. It is very odd.

I assume you mean tickets. Points are your score. Tickets are what you use in the Reward store.
What games are you playing? Most games need you to get your score high enough to get a score and ticket amount.
Check your Reward History in MY PROFILE. It’s a tab at the far right of your profile to see if or what you have received tickets for.
