Klondike Solitaire game

There is still no "Play Now" button on the page.  It’s been 3 days I’ve been trying now.  When is this bug going to get fixed?

Geez, this old broad enjoyed that game, & finally got to a point I could play it in spite of post surgery, glasses, & cataracts, but whoever approved the "fashion" bit, I guess couldnt come up with anything better for advertising. If I wasnt so upset I would lmao at the nut who thought this was okay to play. Going back to another site. Dont care about the stupid points. I’ll pay a buck for a scratch off!!!

robydog12, You are so correct, the Klondike Solitaire game is no longer fun.  So much going on with the face of the cards, it is almost impossible to tell what the suit of cards are.  This version has really slowed me down and is no longer fun.  Even though I am not a fast player, I just enjoyed playing the original game. Now, when I am trying to play, there is no timer nor does my score appear at the top/header.  I’m going to play some other games instead.  Hopefully, HSN will bring back the original game.  HSN can keep this one as an additional game for those who do like it.  Have a great evening. 

after poking around in tools and clearing history, cookies and such i finally got the new version of klondike to open.  how awful!  this new version turns the game from play to work.  you now have to add mental steps to the game just to decode the cards.  the choice to make the change was clearly made by someone who doesn’t play any solitaire games.  i’m curious to know what percentage of players have continued to play.  what a shame.  it was a very relaxing game but now it’s stressfull.  won’t be playing until it’s fun again.  if hsn needs to promote thoughout the game then change the back of the cards not the face.  a pretty face on a playing card only annoys me.  it certainly does not entice me to buy fashions.  it’s not like there are products on the cards, it’s just faces. pity.

I can’t get Klondike at all, just a models picture. Leaving site and possible sale because HSN blew it. Bye Bye.

DRAT IT ALL…thought it would be back up by now.  It is not.  THERE IS NO ‘PLAY BUTTON’…all the changing in the games have ruined them all.

Arkadium seems to work well on the AA*P site at least but I would rather play here with my friends at HSN.

By the way HSN…if you want us to buy while playing games, please fix the "Watch HSN" so that we can hear the presentations without having to turn it on a million times as it keeps turning off and you always have to turn the sound back on when it will allow you to even watch it which is not very often.  Many times I wanted to hear about a product to order and it cuts off.  Tired of fooling with this stuff…if the technology won’t work just delete it.

I cannot really "see" the new cards. I really dislike the new look and I guess I’ll look elsewhere for my games.  This just isn’t very much fun. I play the games to relax and do not like to be confronted with extreme images. I can’t read the cards and I DON’T WANT TO READ the dumb new cards.

From what kim said, looks like they aren’t going to change it back. Guess they don’t pay attention to the customers.

We occasionally change the theme of select games to coincide with our programming and events (i.e. HSN’s Birthday, Holiday). Because we recently updated the game with a Fall Fashion theme, it may be necessary for you to delete your cookies and cache so that the latest version loads properly. For most browsers, there are options to clear cache and other browsing history on the “Tools” menu.

To begin the game, click the “PLAY NOW” button just below the game title on the start page. Thank you thisgoesto11 for posting an image of the button.

Our Arcade team is working on fixing the error of suits going to the wrong location. If you are having difficulty seeing the suits in the bottom right corner of on the cards, we recommend increasing the zoom on your browser.

We appreciate you taking the time to post your feedback on the changes and hope you can use the tips above to enjoy the game.

Please return this game to the original cards with the easy to read suits. When will you change this game back to its original format? Thanks !!!!!

Why can’t we play Klondike any more???

ROBYDOG12, I CANNOT EVEN GET INTO THE GAME!!!  HSN NEEDS TO GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT OF KLONDIKE SOLITAIRE IF THEY WANT TO KEEP PEOPLE ON THEIR WEB SITE!

Try clearing cache and cookies,closing your browser and reopening by typing HSN.com instead of using a bookmark or favorite.  Last night I could not open it in Chrome, but I could open it in IE, so changing browsers might also help.

I can’t scroll down & there is no play button on my screen.  No longer interested in this one!

I cannot get into Klondike Solataire either. Just a lady standing there , with no start or play buttons.

Please quit changing up the games. You ghange the toy chest game so much that I hate to play it now. I don’t play it ever now.I hope you have not ruined to Solataire game !!!!
