I CAN"T PLAY ANY ARCADE GAMES, I CLICK ON THEM & NOTHING HAPPENS PLEASE HELP ME

Hi~ Just thought this might help as it has solved my issues in the past (I play on Chrome).  If your game doesn’t load or shows "nothing" in your browser (upper right corner) you will see a sheild I think?  Anyways, right click on it and you should have an option that states "Unload unsafe scripts".  After doing so your game will appear!  I have to do this often with Chrome but it works!  Happy game playing :smileyvery-happy:

Update # 2:  I was clicking on your VIP entry into HSN from my EMail the when I got there, I was clicking on Arcade to go to games.  That didn’t work for me using Chrome.

When I use a normal Arcade entry from a previous EMail and went to Ardade that way all my games worked just fine in Chrome.

In summary HSN, I think one of your Arcade headers in your VIP screen web site  is hosed.

Update to previous post.  I just tried the game on Internet Explorer and it works.  Whats up with you and chrome. ???

I’m using Google Chrome on my desktop. I accessHSN Arcade then select a game any game then a blank screen/window pops up where the game usually resides. Pressing reload produces the same results.  I play your arcade everyday.  By the way the live commerical window is loading and playing correctly.  I haven’t gone to IE yet ????

same thing happened to me, I was using FireFox, switched to Internet Explorer and everything works fine now (PS) I did all the things suggested first then switched to IE, hope this helps

skippydp, okay, I can understand this would be frustrating and hope I can help you with a few suggestions and probing questions.. Please let me know if your are playing on the website, mobile site or the HSN app. When you say, ‘nothing happens’ do you mean a game won’t open or you can’t open the Arcade? 

Please be sure to check your internet connection. Close your browser, delete cookies and browsing history and open a new browser and load HSN from the URL and not from favorites or bookmarks. This will refresh your browser to reload Arcade. If on the app, uninstall and re-install the app and open the HSN Arcade again. This action will also refresh to load the latest app.
