HSN Mobile Games Issues

My favorite game I’d mahjong dimensions, but it is nearly impossible to play in the arcade,
It freezes on my iPad, and no points are issued, so I’ve just stopped playing? I’m frustrated because this has been going on for so long. I’m not having fun in the arcade anymore!??

I’ve never seen them spin by either in the spins. Have seen them come up when I won 75 tickets with a ticket-$ card-$ card win.

I can’t get any games to load on my computer

I’m new to all this, and I’ve never won a thing in my life. Hope this works for me

Why are there never any dollar amounts on my spin to win games?  It would be impossible to win since they never show up.  It must show up on others because someone posted that they got three in a row.  Is it only certain times of day that offer the dollar amounts on the wheel?  I play every day and can’t even get three matching arcade points.  Does anyone else find the game to be beyond frustrating?

Flip out acting up (on computer… not mobile).  Will go through three of four rounds, then you get a page with only three or four items, and they will noit flip.  Can’t even stop game and get those few poiints.  Have to refresh page and start over.

I got excited but then it started spinning and would not stop. I should have won the $25 but ended up with nothing.

I never heard back from HSN. I might had posted it here or the coupon forum. Those are the only 2 rooms I visit.

I am in animal rescue which takes all my money so $25 would have been wonderful gift to use on a purchase here.

Ever since the last "update" games don’t work on ipad, complained 3 times, was told to
"just use website" The games don’t play the same.

HSN, please hurry and fix the glitch that’s preventing mobile devices, e.g., smartphones, tablets, from playing the arcade games. I miss playing and MISS THE POINTS!!

The games are not loading on a computer either although I played a few days ago…

I have never been able to get the HSN Games to play on the tablet that I purchased from HSN.
