HSN Mobile Games Issues

I always  play on my laptop. however, the games are not even opening at this time. they worked earlier today both morning and mid to late afternoon.

Been having difficulties spin the game! Actually spin for three or four time! Try again tomorrow:(

I played quite a few Trizzle games, but noticed that the game did not h\give double points after

Hi, I play the HSN arcade games on my tablet almost everyday these days; however I’ve noticed that one of my earlier favs, the Mahjongg Dimensions game, isn’t working anymore, even though its listed as a mobile game. Can you please fix it? There are not many mobile games listed and even though I can play it on the desktop, it won’t save my tickets to my account because it says I need to create a username. I have a username and I was signed in. I went to "create one" anyway, to see what happens, but after checking off the box to show that I have read the user agreement, it does nothing. I’ve tried everything I could. I even switched to another device…same problems.:manfrustrated:

I am also having problems with the games. No double points with Trizzle and Zero points for Flip Out no matter what the points are. Currently playing on a desk top. 

I play Bridge on my home PC and it is sticking when bidding goes about the 6 line. Then I have to cancel and start over entirely. Frustrating!!

i have reached out to the arcade team many times about not receiving tickets since october.i even quit playing any games for 2 weeks and still nothing has been resolved.this is what happened from updating your app 2 times.then i was told my tickets could be recovered and added to my score.then i was told that they would not be.but yet i was told to let the arcade team know what games i was playing and on what device.

i have won many times on spin to win that was ssarting at a mouth ago and havent.  heard any thng from  hsn i have won at least 3 to4 gift cards that would come in handy at this time of year. i also sent 3 times, self adress stampenvelopes to spen to win . like they tell you,to do   but i have not heard any thing from any one.   will y ou pleas le me know  because this is costing me in stamps.     thank you                                                                                                                                                                                   blackwell.

Yes I just need to play one game to get another badge. It akways freezes up. Hope you get it fixed. But have enjoyed playing ,havent won anything yet. But keep trying! Thanks HSN..we luv ya Suz & Ron

I am playing all games on my computer. The only game that I am having problems with is Bridge. I will be right in the middle of a game and it just freezes. Who do I need to contact about this?
