HSN Mobile Games Issues

We are aware that when HSN Arcade games are played on mobile devices (tablets and phones), tickets are not being issued and the games may freeze during play. We’re working to fix the issues and will post an update once resolved. In the meantime, we invite you to play these games on a computer for the best experience. I am using a notebook and I downloaded the most current Adobe flash driver and I still cannot play games. Any idea what is going on??

I’m reading that things are fixed…however, I can play the games on the iPad app but do n
not get points or tickets. So, I go to the website, but I can’t play the games because it’s a white screen. The games are not showing. What’s happening?

why can’t I get all the listed on my tablet. 2hen I bring them up I get not available yet. Will they become available to me?

I only got tablet so i cant play on a computer

I forgot to add that it was on the app that I don’t receive tickets. The game ends and
Freezes without receiving any tickets. I can play on the website, but the Mahjongg Dimensions screen is small and hard to play.

There is a freeze up time of 9 to 15 seconds when you hit play again. This is an on going problem with your site as i have done everything to fix on my end and this is the only site that does this. Please fix because it is very annoying. This is on my desk top computer.

I sometimes have problems with some games freezing on my laptop computer. I always assumed it was just my computer.

I just won 500 tickets on spin to win, and they aren’t showing up. I am using my cell phone. How do I get them back?

I was having so much trouble with the games that I actually took my laptop to Best Buy today to get cleaned out of any viruses or anything else that coule be causing me problems with the games. I now know it is not my computer. The games continue to freeze right in the middle of games. Please , please fix this issue. Hey, call the geek squad to get help. LOL
