We are aware that when HSN Arcade games are played on mobile devices (tablets and phones), tickets are not being issued and the games may freeze during play. We’re working to fix the issues and will post an update once resolved. In the meantime, we invite you to play these games on a computer for the best experience. Spin to Win says I’ve played today and haven’t. Had to reload page because it wouldn’t spin. When I went back to the page told me I had played. Can I have a temper tantrum now. I want my spins back. Playing on my Samsung galaxy 3. Thank you.

Hello HSN,

I don’t seem to be getting double points for tri peaks solitaire this week. Is the max points awarded on this game only 40? I’ve gotten 80 a few times this week, but I wasn’t sure if that’s double the normal amount or not. Thanks!

Hello herndon! Different games offer different amounts of tickets. This sounds pretty standard for this game. However, you can always reach out to the ?Arcade Team directly with questions or concerns about a specific game.

I have never been able to get the HSN Games to play on the tablet that I purchased from HSN.

HSN, please hurry and fix the glitch that’s preventing mobile devices, e.g., smartphones, tablets, from playing the arcade games. I miss playing and MISS THE POINTS!!

Ever since the last "update" games don’t work on ipad, complained 3 times, was told to
"just use website" The games don’t play the same.

A week or so ago I posted that spin to win while playing I got a total match. Meaning every single square in center horizontal matched with same image of $25

I got excited but then it started spinning and would not stop. I should have won the $25 but ended up with nothing.

I never heard back from HSN. I might had posted it here or the coupon forum. Those are the only 2 rooms I visit.

I am in animal rescue which takes all my money so $25 would have been wonderful gift to use on a purchase here.

Flip out acting up (on computer… not mobile). Will go through three of four rounds, then you get a page with only three or four items, and they will noit flip. Can’t even stop game and get those few poiints. Have to refresh page and start over.

Why are there never any dollar amounts on my spin to win games? It would be impossible to win since they never show up. It must show up on others because someone posted that they got three in a row. Is it only certain times of day that offer the dollar amounts on the wheel? I play every day and can’t even get three matching arcade points. Does anyone else find the game to be beyond frustrating?
