HSN game. spin to win

The Items on the wheel are NOT prizes. The only prizes on Spin2Win are tickets, or gift cards. Matching the products on the wheel will not win them for you. They are for fill on the wheel and for you to click on to find out more about the product. Sorry. 

same thing happened to me just a few i minutes ago..I matched the "hello kitty" and it said I didn’t win and to keep spinning.. I clicked on the winning item and it only gave the explanation and you couldn’t save to show you won!!! now what???

I just read the explanation from cindy 819…doesn’t make sense since, the game is titled "spin to win" upto $75k in prizes,,,am i missing something here???  if not instead of so called prizes if this is the  case then have pics of santa…elves..or even HSN host…any thoughts..out there???

This is not rocket science…The rules are very simple and I quote "Two thousand $25.00 HSN gift cards and six hundred twenty-five $40 HSN gift cards will be awarded. Winners will receive the gift cards code via email. The total value of the prizes to be awarded is approximately $75,000.00" This was taken from the official rules which can be read by clicking on the "Official Rules" in the lower right hand corner of the game.  These gift cards and free tickets are the only thing offered by playing this game.  That’s it… nothing else. :manfrustrated:

I won 3 in a row for a 40 dollar gift without notification . I made a post about it in another topic . We have a tech problem . I think a manager should forward all concerns to the arcade team . We are a shopping forum , not facebook . I think kind words and respect should occur more on HSN . Reading games rules can still be confusing on occasion . Rare for me to post due to a few that like to call another person out that may not understand or disagree . I read the forum rules . Maybe we should make a topic about that . I try to treat people the way I want to be treated .No question is dumb . 

We have every age bracket on HSN . Managers tell you all the time to solve a problem by clearing cookies that will not fix every problem . HSN forum should be fun . Bully on another site if you think you have all the answers or allow the person to post without insults .  We have managers posting in the forum . I am a 30 year member and notice how mean some can be to another member for asking a simple question . :womansad: JMO

Hot Air 🙂  I can’t win anything not even points.  HSN but be having problems with shoppers like everyone else, slow.
