i count on friday night arcade trivia night tickets because i have absolutely no luck with spin2win- and i play spin2win every single day. this past friday night, i had an opp to go to the movie theater to see the new movie derived from (one of my faves back in the day) the vintage and cult bbc hit comedy show “ab fab”. i chose instead to stay home and participate in the hsn friday night trivia night. by doing so, in retrospect, i wasted my precious time, i had no much-needed movie night out and i have absolutely no tickets or anything else from spin2win or trivia night to show from my dedication. thank god for customer loyalty. but, i must admit, my patience is now starting to wear thin. this is no way for hsn customers to celebrate an hsn birthday. it’s not even worth a complimentary beach ball. oh, sigh… xoxo

In order to participate in Friday Night Game Night you have to run around and do all the other things in life you would do as if you were going out somewhere. We all have busy lives and we must juggle a schedule in order to participate for 3 hours. And then TRIVIA just doesn’t work???? Everyone was posting away regarding the problem. Some made contact with CS. And for 3 hours we waited – and nothing. When you have a live show going on you don’t let all your employees go home at 5:00. There should have been someone there to fix the problem or at the very least sent out a post to tell us what was going on, if it would get fixed or if they were just going to cancel for the night. It was totally unexceptable to let us keep trying for 3 hours if there was no one there to fix the problem. Now it’s Saturday afternoon and from what I am seeing – or better yet – what I am NOT seeing is anything from HSN telling us what happened and how they plan to re-pay all the people that stuck it out trying to put in answers that weren’t accepted. So it’s the weekend – are you really going to tell me there is NO ONE working the Arcade or IT Department????? HSN – you owe us an explanation – not Monday – TODAY. How are you going to re-pay all of us that sat through 3 hours of your Game Night not working??????

I tried until 10:45pm and finally gave up. The employees dealing with the Arcade, only work Monday thru Friday and leave on Friday about 5pm. I would suggest that at least a skeleton crew be kept on board just in case we again have issues like last night. This is not the first time we have been disappointed with the Friday night’s trivia game. And, yes, I agree that we should be given the 600 points for at least trying or offer a coupon (a full coupon with no gimmicks) for something we
have been looking at and could not purchase for one reason or another.

I AGREE!!! MADE A SPECIAL EFFORT TO BE AVAILABLE AND COULDN’T PLAY. I EVEN KNEW THE ANSWERS AND KEPT TRYING ALL THE WAY TO THE END… NO POINTS ON SPIN TO WIN, TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY. V-E-R-Y DISAPPOINTED IN HSN, AFTER PLAYING FOR YEARS. PLEASE FIX IT! PATSY007
