Lost nearly 10,000 points, told management still there is no reason for this but no one knows what to do. I guess they think I’m lying about this. So nothing is being done. When you play the games in the arcade a person really does know his points they earned. So be careful everyone, this should never happen. I believe this will be it, liked playing in the arcade even though you never can when anything.

I checked your arcade plays and I do not see where those tickets were ever in your account and vanished, so we can not reinstate them. The last tickets that left your account were on 7/29/16 and that was a total of 5625 tickets. It sounds like you may have not been signed in when playing, so those were not credited to the account.
