Hi bricke, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then close your browser and open in the URL to be sure your system is not storing old information.

I have a lot of trouble with internet explorer, at times it wouldnt load the video’s so I which to Chrome(google)

Kim, Apple tells me there is NO need to clear cache & cookies… with this macbook. I used to have to do that with the old one.
