Games won’t load

You seem to be having a lot of problems today – first the difficulty with finding a code, and now I cannot get any games to load.

pwknittr, I’ve been playing without any problems. Try signing out, opening a new browser and signing in through the HSN URL rather than a bookmark or favorites. If that doesn’t work, try clearing cache and cookies and then doing the above again. The other possible problem is if your flashplayer hasn’t been updated. (This all assumes that you have been playing and are now having a problem.)

PS the difficulty finding the code had to do with it being broadcast on TV and no one really knowing what to look for.
