GAMES, TOTALS & TICKETS DISAPPEARING WHAT IS GOING ON ??

I just lost 3 games of Mahjongg Dimensions worth 60 tickets each & 1 Puzzle that I did in 6min 56sec for 400 tickets what is going on all of a sudden HSN ??

Anyone else having this problem??

At the same time the games went wacky I noticed that the arcade and community links at the top of the page disappeared. This happened ladt month when there were problems with the games.

I just tried playing SPIN 2 WIN & it didn’t play right either I kept getting blank spaces with 1 item & 500, plus it was doing it’s own thing I had little control of the spins on the game what a waste of time !!

I don’t ever remember seeing a blank space on the game board before has anyone else had that happen??

I would wait until later to try to play it !!

I just lost over 200 tickets on my games too! They must be so overloaded that the system is having a melt down. So much for double ticket Thursday!!!

same here cleared ever thing run CCleaner nothing helps lost so many tickets games won’t load many many issues.

Hello everyone! Upon seeing your comments I attempted to play the games and had the same issues as you are reporting. I then closed hsn.com and deleted my cookies/temp files. Once I opened it back up all the games were fine. Let me know if any of you are still having an issue after doing this.

I currently cannot play any of the games in the arcade right now! When I click on a game I just get a screen that says "RECENTLY ON AIR."

Same here. I keep losing 140 tickets per game on Alus Revenge. It doesn’t work, i play pyramid solitaire…lower tickets but it plays. So I try Alus, play it and 1 game works, get my tickets, next game sends me out to lala land and it doesn’t give me my tickets.

Come on HSN,,you don’t even tell us we’re going to get double tickets, and now on what is probalby the last hour it messes up. OH WHOA IS ME!!

I’ve been having the same problem for over an hour. I tried logging out and then back in but no change.
