games not loading correctly

 is anyone else having this problem? I thought it was my computer; took it in to get looked at and the person there told me its because the arcade is not up to date. Weather its HSN or some other party involved I don ‘t know but its a real pain trying to play these games. Just got on first time this week and the new setting sucks as well
