Having the same trouble. Everything else in HSN works

It’s not your computer.  Just keep trying, it’s bound to load eventually.  I can’t load the arcade either.

At first Arcade wouldn’t let me in and wanted another nickname, now it has me on the Arcade page, but nothing will work as far as the profile or games…just spinnig away, or it kicks me out and I have to sign back in again. The Arcade won’t even allow a question on the help…#38?!

I’m glad to know it is not my computer can’t deal with computer issues LOL

If they are going to work on the arcade it would be very nice & helpful to let everyone know ahead of time so we would not freak out when things don’t work as they should. PLEASE a heads up next time you need to do some work on the arcade if this is the issue now.

YES, it would be much better for all customers if HSN notified us in advance when they were working on their web site…this time, he Arcade games..this mornings malfunctioning site has been very upsetting and I hope I haven’t screwed up my computer trying to load the ‘down for work’ game site

I see that HSN has made a recent post to another thread about clothing.  Hopefully, they will soon notice the multiiple posts about the games not working and let us know what’s going on!!
