game points
My points are not adding up today and so far I have lost 80 points. This takes the fun out of playing.

raindaywoman, Are you sure you didn’t use any in the Rewards Store? The only thing showing on our profiles right now is our "net" tickets–the total we’ve earned less the number we’ve used to enter drawings or donate to charity. If you’ve kept track of what games you earned points on that you didn’t get tickets for, you can contact the Arcade Team with that information. To do that, go to the Help menu in the Arcade. Contacting the Arcade Team is the last item in the FAQ’s. (#37, I think)
