Game of the Week

? I just looked at the ‘moving display’ at the top of the Arcade Games Page and it is still showing Mahjongg Dimensions as the game of the week.  I thought you might want to know in order to fix that too.  

I agree with the other posters that we should know the new game of the week by Midnight Thursday.  You used to be able to tell even when it wasn’t posted by playing the games until you found one giving double tickets.  But now all of the games give double tickets on Friday–which is great–but it means that we don’t know what the new Game of the Week is.

This has been an ongoing problem.  I think that Shannon Fox should play the game of the week sometime Thursday and have the thread with the new Game of the Week and the score to beat ready to be posted shortly after Midnight Thursday.  And the Game of the Week pic at the top of the Arcade Games page should be ready to go up to.  

Just my opinion, but I think that those suggestions would be helpful to others, especially to those who work on Friday and would like to play in the early morning.

For some reason the game of the week seems to be a big secret on Friday morning.  Unless I just don’t know where to look, which could be the case.  The best time for me to play is very early in the morning, so when I get up on Friday I would like to play the game of the week, especially since it’s double points.  It doesn’t usually show up until 9-10 o’clock..  I don’t know what the over nighters play.  Must be frustrating for them, too.  Maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
