Game not loading

I always play the jigsaw puzzle and then Monkey Gems. When I clicked on Monkey Gems, it just showed a gray line on the screen and it said Infinity%. Anyway, it won’t load so I can play. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it just a temporary glitch? Thanks.

Hello , are you still having trouble with the games? Did you try clearing your cookies and double checking that your Flash Player is up to date?

I cleared out my cookies and had a computer guy check my computer. He said that my Flash Player is up to date, and couldn’t find anything wrong. This is day two of not being able to play Monkey Gems. I can play other HSN arcade games with no problem, just not Monkey Gems. The computer tech guy doesn’t know what Infinity% means, either. I hope I will be able to play again soon.
