Game Has Expired

When I try to enter sweepstakes with registration form it says Sorry, the sign-up time for this giveaway has expired. I can use tickets. Is this a glitch? Thanks

The same thing has been happening to me in using 2 different browsers. I did mention this in the Arcade Help section and told them a lot of people in these forums were having this problem.

It’s always the same set of suggestions – clear cache & cookies, sign out, and use another browser, preferably Chrome. People have done all of that, and the problem still persists.

I have another suggestion : FIX IT, HSN. 🙂

Same here. I’ve done everything, sign out & in, clean everything out, change browsers, tried on pc and laptop. You can enter with tickets but not the alternate way.

Its doing it on all the rewards except the featured prize
