Friday Night Game Tickets Problem

I was just curious. Since the game was a fiasco all night and it never let us answer any questions, and no one was able to get any triple tickets from the trivia questions, is HSN going to give out any tickets at all as an oops sorry gesture?

I just played 2games each of tripeaks,flipout eggblastz and earned points but they are not listed on my profile. Pleas issue them.

I received an email 2/23/16 stating I had been given 1000 tickets for FNGT, how ever I did not receive them & they are Not listed in profile. Saw the email & thanked without checking, can I please have tickets that were suppose to be added to my account?
