Friday Night Game Show Contestants

I have a question. How does one become a contestant on the Friday Night Game Show?

In the past, it has been posted “player is picked randomly from all the entries HSN receives through the Rewards Store”. But now there are no Friday Night Game Show places to enter in the Rewards Store, so how is HSN picking entrants?
