No one should even know they are singling out “select customers.”  This is bad business practice in my opinion.  If they said HSN cardholders only or something, that’s ok.  Anything other than that, it’s just not the way I would run a business.

Even when they’re emailed, selected customers post the codes here. Those who weren’t selected try to use them and are and are still disappointed.
