Can’t play games after logging in

Hi Tish.  Try clearing cache and cookies and signing out of HSN.  After closing your browser, open it and sign into HSN through the URL instead of a favorites or a bookmark.  That usually clears up that kind of problem.

Tish, if your live streaming isn’t showing up, make sure that you have the latest version of Flashplayer too! :smileywink:

Lizzie818, I did all the things that you suggested; however, still not able to play.  Called a friend who will come over later or tomorrow to help me.  THANK  YOU!!

I get that problem every once in awhile.  Today, for example, everything was fine early on.  I played a few games and made a few posts.  A little later I was taking a break and, as you said, I could sign in and see all of the names and icons for the games.  But the streaming TV was blank and when I clicked on a game, it was just a blank white area.  No writing showed up to say something was wrong.   I waited about half an hour–did absolutely nothing to my computer settings–and everything was back to normal.

You might turn your computer off for a little while and then come back to it and see what happens.  I always come to the Arcade and Forums  from my favorites icons.  I have one for each.  In fact sometimes when I’m on the forums and click on Arcade on the website, it doesn’t go there.  So I click on my favorites and it takes me there.  The same thing sometimes happens when I’m on the games and want to go to the Forums while on the website.

I just think odd things happen sometimes. 

But as Cindy said Adobe Flash can cause similar problems–so maybe that’s what acts up for me once in awhile to.  But it’s always corrected itself within an hour.

EDIT(an hr. later).  It just happened again.  I was reading a thread.  I clicked on HSN Community to go back to the list of topics.  It showed a page that was basically white with some of the words that should have been on the page centered in the middle and some things that ran off on the right side of the page.  There were no pictures or even black box X’s.  So I clicked on my HSN Community icon on my favorites bar and I got the page looking normal.  Don’t know what it means, but that’s what happened just now and that’s what happens maybe once or twice a week.

I have the same problem. It will let me sign in, but the screen for the game is blank.
