Arcade Issues and Missing Games

did not get 500 points won on play2win

Toy chest mojan game is not loading in 3 weeks now and that is my favorite game. Is it your problem or mine?

Yes I wonder if I’m the only one that isn’t getting credit on spin and win.  A couple of weeks ago I won 1000 tickets and I didn’t think I got credit. I thought maybe I didn’t read my score right and that I probably did.  Then tonight I won 250 tickets and I know I didn’t get the tickets. I never redeem them but have them added on.  I quit a long time ago trying to get help with technical staff because tired of being told to clear cookies and all other kinds of procedures. I’ve done all that and it doesn’t change anything.  Don’t expect to get credit just wonder if I’m the only one?

I was watching on ABC last night where a guy lost all his flight points and nearly gave up and then went to trackers on ABC and they got him his points back. I had been playing egg blast and scored several points and out of no where I lost 10,000 points, that I already had, no big deal to most but when your playing the games and your points disappear it is very disappointing. I went back and forth with management and they basically told me I was a liar. So I just gave up trying, but beware everyone this may happen to you, pIease keep a close watch on these games. It takes many hours to play forsure. Spend all my money here and play the arcade games, makes me wonder what is going on with this place. Just gave up on trying to get them back, why would I lie about something like this.

Hi I have been trying for two days now to play Flip Out, All I get is the Arcdium white screen and the music. It does not download, I can play all the other games without any problems. Any suggestions ? Thanks for your Help. AGGY788

I played on Friday and all worked.    Just got on today, Sunday, and not one game is loading.  I have always been able to play, never any problems.   I hope this is a problem with your website and you get this fixed.

Why can’t they get the trivia game to work?  This happens a lot!  If you want to buy something from HSN  that always works….  and then they don’t want to credit all of us that play the game every week!  So frustrating!

When I log in, I no longer see my name, the number of points I have or those I have just won.

How do you delete the browser’s cache? Thank you.

Mahjongg Toy Chest — I haven’t been able to play for a long time. It does not load. If this is on your list of problems to fix, okay, I understand. If it’s my problem, please let me know. Thanks.

I’ve still not getting a score or my tickets when playing a couple different games, but mostly Tri Peaks.   Disappointing!!  Shows a 0 on both.  I’ve played several games the last few days and often getting this at the end..
