Arcade Issues and Missing Games

I have given up playing some games, just not worth the trouble.  Either no tickets recorded or cards just flip-flop around (metro-match).

why did my screen shrink? I have to play all games in theater mode in order to see the games.  The game tiles are like postage stamps?  Is this something done at your end?

I can only play spin 2 win and tri peaks solitaire in the arcade. Is there any way to play the other games?

I am having trouble playing the game of the week, todays special puzzle. I start and all of a sudden it stops and I loose everything. Is this happening to everyone? Also I cant get Majhong toy chest again.

Anyone else having spin to win issues?  The last three days for me it will spin the first spin then stop wont do anything else? All the other games are fine.

Its been about two months and I still have no games. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

Will we ever have some of the classic games like monkey gems trizzle or other oldies return to the game section?

I think I may have located where some of our problems are coming from.   A while ago I posted because the games were playing very slow etc. Candace tried to help but the problems remained. I had recently switched to Firefox , but I decided to return and try playing on Internet Explorer once more and guess what ?     HSN Arcade Games played normally!!!

I constantly delete cookies etc and I have the latest adobe flash but thanks for answering.

All the games I have tried this morning are  in slow motion it is frustrating and useless to try and play them at all. There have been so many problems playing lately but I do appreciate your efforts to fix them. I just hope things will work out soon for us all.

Can someone help me get all the points not showing?? you can see the ones I hadn’t completed yet The points were almost 750,000 I can not remember exactly. When I tried to submit the score today. It did this,When I try on my other computer it doesn’t even show this??? What happened?

AGAIN???  No tickets after playing Find It and Metro Match???  Do NOT tell me to “clear your cache, delete blah, blah, blah..”  some games work, some don’t!
