Arcade Issues and Missing Games

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to drop in and give you an update on some of the problems with the Arcade. We have experienced some technical problems on our end and are working as quickly as possible to get all of your favorite games back up and running! Please be patient with us during this process as we attempt to solve all the issues. We have heard your complaints and are working diligently to repair the problems!

Flip Out is flipping out and not loading at all. I just wanted to join the club of Flip-Out-Not-Loading people that are buying alternate entries this week.

I went to play my game and it said missing plugin, what would that be? I had trouble last week with my computer so I am thinking it is on my end. What kind of plugin do I need to down load?

FYI – I just played the Jigsaw Puzzle game and was awarded points. However, I am missing points from the game I played earlier. Can you please add the tickets? Thank you.

I played the Jigsaw Puzzle game earlier this morning and when I finished there was some sort of Error message and I never received points. Is it working now?

I thought it was my computer but this only seems to happen on HSN sight. The sight seems to be running slow, alot slower than other places I sign into. Anyone else having this problem?

I can’t get flip out to work

I cleared my cookies

Cleared my cache

restarted my computer still is not working.

I sure hope we get another “double ticket” day for the games – and the new games – that are not working properly and giving us double tickets this Friday ?? :womanfrustrated: :womansad:

Have not been able to get flip-out to load since Thursday of last week. Now its the game of the week and I can’t play. Is it just me or is there a problem?

I have not been able to do the jigsaw puzzle for over a year, because it will not load. requested help, but nothing ever happened ??

I just played the new Mahjong game and got a good score at 43,000 points and ended up with zero tickets. No tickets or what? Please advise. Thank you.

Flip out only has the sound effects but not loading the game.

Again , the spin game did not give me my points this morning. I also am having trouble with games suddenly freezing etc. Not all the time but occasionally, it does take the fun out of playing to be sure! AND YES I continually clear my cookies etc. etc. There does not seem to be and end in sight.
