Arcade Issues and Missing Games

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to drop in and give you an update on some of the problems with the Arcade. We have experienced some technical problems on our end and are working as quickly as possible to get all of your favorite games back up and running! Please be patient with us during this process as we attempt to solve all the issues. We have heard your complaints and are working diligently to repair the problems!

Been playing Adam’s game and getting high scores only to notice they are not being added to my points!!!

Yikes. I’ve lost a bunch…playing on and off all evening and answering questions, etc. 200 points there as well.

Goodness, how do we get our points added from playing this evening?

I am still trying to be patient. My issues, not sure if I am alone on these, graphics on: Puzzle of the Day, Pyramid Solitare, Space, Spellbound. Wish these were fixed.

After all this time, why are there STILL problems with the Arcade games giving the proper amount of tickets – DOUBLE ?

Do you need to highter technicians that actually know what they are doing to correct these Ongoing issues ?!

Is anyone else having trouble with Artic Tri-Peaks Solitaire game not working properly? I have had problems with it for it seems like a week or two. The cards you click on do not go away completely and stay in the way and it is very frustrating. I love the game when it works properly. Wish I could solve this problem.

, Arctic is back. After getting emails, the arcade team realized they were supposed to update Sparks and not pull Arctic. I agree with you , I would rather play Arctic than Tri Peaks also.

Is the tumble tiles part of the arcade problem? I lost game points and scored 350 points when I submitted so I could start over with tumble tiles game and now it will operate at all. Please help!

Word Search keeps displaying a Mathematics catagory with no clues. It pops up and ends game. Very frustrating as I really like this game
