Arcade Issues and Missing Games

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to drop in and give you an update on some of the problems with the Arcade. We have experienced some technical problems on our end and are working as quickly as possible to get all of your favorite games back up and running! Please be patient with us during this process as we attempt to solve all the issues. We have heard your complaints and are working diligently to repair the problems!

I’m confused about the difference between “Current Tickets” and “Lifetime Tickets”. For a very long time, my Current tickets were about 1000 less than the Lifetime tickets; now the Current tickets are about 350 MORE than the Lifetime tickets! The Lifetime Tickets are the ones showing in the standings. Anyone else notice this??? Thanks.

I began playing the Jigsaw Puzzle last night, after 11 (CST) and was not getting double points. Will there be points added tonight? I would really appreciate that. Thx, Patsy007

Can someone help me please? I wasn’t sure where to report this. Yesterday Friday Feb. 24th 2017 I played Eggz Blast several times during the day and none of the points were doubled like they are supposed to be. I play this game every Friday and never had a problem in the past. I’m seeing that you are having issues with the games. Please assist me in getting the correct amount of tickets. I appreciate all you do and thank you for your time.

Hello HSN Arcade team, I played two, at least, games of Mahjongg Dimensions Fri eve. before the one game showing for 40 tickets, 80 double. The other two games were played during double tickets but did not credit. Thank you for your help.

Please fix Klondike Solitare. When the cards deal out usually the one in the right column has the top card upside down.

Spin To Win is not loading now
