Anyone else not getting their double points for their games?

I thought it was just me but I guess not. I did’nt know they were going to stop it. My screen still says double tickets also.

I read that they stopped the end of January. However, it is still on the arcade webwsite.  I think if the offer has been up on the site for over 20 hours they should honor their offer.  

NO DOUBLE TICKETS FOR ME EITHER TODAY. TOO BAD. IT WAS GOOD WHILE IT LASTED. I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY IT WAS TAKEN FROM US. FOR ME IT ONLY IT WAS ONLY AN HOUR OR TWO OF GETTING DOUBLE TICKETS. BUT IT WAS FUN. HSN SHOULD CONTINUE WITH IT. WHY CHANGE WHEN IT WORKS? :smileysad:

I have been palying different games and I am not getting double tickets either. This is double ticket Friday but not getting them. I sent an email to them I will see what they say.

HSN seems to go OUT OF THEIR WAY to upset customers!!  Why do they do that?  Those double tickets don’t cost them a dime, and serve to bring people to their website.  Maybe they don’t care if we come here.  

I just checked the banner at the Arcade. The one I viewed just stated Double Ticket Fridays. There is no small print at the bottom or at the top. Nothing stated anywhere that double tickets are for the “Game of the Week.” I feel this should have been publicized over a week ago. When this began I assumed it was going to be an on going weekly thing. Guess we can’t assume anything these days. It was fun while it lasted.

Yes this morning about 5:30am I sent an email to find out why, no response yet…

What a shame !!!! I was really looking forward to double tickets. I can remember when these started a few years back right around Thanksgiving until the first of the New Year. Oh well…… 

ASHAME IT WAS NOT CLARIFIED SOONER. WAS NEVER BEFORE MENTIONED IT WAS JUST FOR THE HOLIDAYS. 

Thank you Mr. Kyle for letting us know.  It was a great promotion for the holidays & I loved Fridays because I never get really high scores & lots of tickets.  Really enjoyed the way you put it all together for us.  Hope you & that little cutie pie are doing good!

I agrree…so sad!  They can’t give us one day of double ticket pleasure????  DUH!! :womansad:

After 2pm Central time.  Played Artic and received 40 points, NO double points yet.
