The Joy of Great Shoes!

does anyone know why the ‘page’ for the 2-in- 1 vacuum has been deleted. I have been watching the reviews, and now the page is unavailable.
-
According to customer service this vacuum will no longer be available. I haven’t received a reply if it’s been recalled.
-
I think that the vacuum probably sold out. I actually am quite pleased with the one I received. So far it has worked better than my dyson…more powerful. It is so lightweight which makes it easy to use.
I bought one for my mom also and she also likes it so far.
-
Items sell out all the time. HSN doesn’t remove them because they sell out.
-
On the days they sold the vacuum they did mention that this run was limited and they could not guarantee if they would be offering it in 2016..I guess it depends on customer feedback
I am impressed by it so far …………considering the price it is much more than I expected. And considering I paid at least 8 times that for a dyson which was so disappointing.

See post above.

Unfortunately much manufacturing takes place in China….like for most electronics, shoes, dinnerware, clothing, ..I once bought a Bose system when it was quite costly….guess where it was made..Sony, Samsung, LG….where do you think they do their manufacturing…..

Kept my opinion to myself about this thing for a reason–I wanted a big laugh.
MANY of the reviews said how HOT this thing got, even after just ONE minute of use. They said BEWARE, it could BURN you. Per Internet archives, after 89 reviews, it’s at a 2.5. Erased from the website here for a REASON!
NEARLY ALL OF JOY’S STUFF IS MADE IN CHINA–ALMOST ALL OF IT. I am so disgusted at that FACT (I went through every item on this website). There are only about 3 items made in the USA–fragrant discs and sticks (NOT the vases), and some cleaner. The rest is HAULED IN FROM CHINA. Pathetic!
I thought I’d try her China-made pillows–ended up being a medical mistake. I should have gotten my money back, what was I thinking…
I buy USA–it employs our people, it’s SAFER, and BETTER QUALITY among many good reasons. HSN, think about that!!!

They said on Air that it ‘Would not be back for some time.’ I guess that’s code for ‘Make the sale and run.’ … Perhaps Joy/HSN did a trial run but does no want any Bad reviews.
If I had known that Joy had a hand-held Vac in the past, I NEVER would have purchased this. HSN why didn’t you and/or Joy mention the prior model during the presentations!?
I opened mine, but I have not taken it out of the box. I don’t feel good about the purchase. I should have researched it and others beforehand. Now I see that HSN has a similar one from an established company – for the same price.
It the item sold out, it should Still be listed on the website for at least 30 days. This is smelling like a dirty Scam.
-
HSN you have an established brand with a similar hand-held Vac. It has gotten good reviews and it is the Same price. Why not do TS with some of those type items and brands and STOP Pushing and Stuffing Joy at us every month!? – The stuff is Dollar Store Junk and we All Know it!

I actually like the vacuum and wanted to leave a review, only to discover that it has been removed from the website. My only complaint is that after opening the dirt collection container to empty it a few times, the little plastic"hinges" broke off. No big deal, it still stays firmly closed with the main closure. I have not experienced the excess heat but haven’t had to run it for more than a few mionutes at a time. As fair as being made in China….what isn’t these days? Yes, I’d prefer to buy products made in the USA but those are few and far between. Just about everything HSN and other places (online or brick and mortar) sell are made in China or other countries.
-
I’m concerned that if this product is discontinued and will no longer be manufactured how will you get replacement parts for it? It supposed to be under a one year warranty.
-
sent ours back the day after receiving it. wrote a review the same day about what a piece of junk it was. cheaply made ran very very hot ,I kept looking at all the bad reviews ,including mine and found hsn put all the 5 star reviews on the 1st few pages and then you get down a few pages and then you see all the bad reviews. All with the same concerns. After 80 some mostly bad reviews i see they removed it so no one else could complain. They will be getting thousands of them back ,if they really sold that many. I wish when they demoed it on tv they should have put an egg on the motor housing to show how quick it frys.

I’ve been pleased with every JM purchase that I’ve made, even though some were overpriced (Beauty). … Some items, I Knew to avoid and I was glad that I did.
This vacuum might be a good product, but the Cut and Run act is very distasteful. I think that This is my first JM purchase involving a ‘Cut And Run – Remove All Traces’ … It is bad business. It is also warning to stay away from the brand.

I was so excited and couldnt wait to get my vacuum, but ended up dissapointed. Within five minutes, it began to get real hot and shut off. I was very pleased with the beauty bag set I bought recently, but the vac is going back.
