Steve Madden maryjane wedge shoe

I was wearing these shoes for the first time today.I went for a walk this morning and the fabric stretched and down I went. Badly cut my knee and hand and ripped my pants.I am concerned that someone may break an ankle or knee. My injuries are like falling off a bicycle. I did tell customer service.
