Sent sandals back tracking stops on 4-11

I sent some sandales back with your return usps slip on 4/8 it says it departed Honolulu on 4/11 and oesnt give anymore updates , I hate that Parcal Pool . What can I do to find out where it is?

It is now the 24th and still no tracking since 4/11 when it left Honolulu, tracking stops. I used your label which I am so glad I did.

, I’m sorry there is limited information about your return. I wouldn’t worry about finding where it’s at. You used the prepaid label so if this isn’t received by the end of the day on 4/24, reach out to us and we’ll issue the refund.
