Please, HSN–Offer More Shoes in Size 5 1/2

I have been disappointed that size 5 1/2 isn’t offered on some shoes or boots. Sometimes they’ll say “if you’re a half size, size up”–but that just doesn’t work for me. There have been some cute shoes I would have bought if only my size was offered.

I forgot to make note on this thread. I received a 2nd response on 9/22/16:

An HSN MARKETING DIVISION exec called to thank me. They found our Coupon Equality document to be very helpful and eye opening. They wanted me to let y’all know that they have decided to make changes and are currently in the process of revamping the coupon system.

I want to thank y’all for sharing your comments and supporting my idea to take our concerns to the next level. I wasn’t getting through to them as a single voice. I hope that HSN comes through w better opportunities for us to save while we shop. :heart:

I sent it to 2 email addresses:

HSN Corporate Media Relations

I also mailed it to 2 postal addresses:
HSN Marketing Team
HSN Corporate Headquarters

I know that the coupon frustration continues, but THANK U to all who participated. I could not have done this alone. My reports may get thrown in the trash…or they miiight make a difference. Only time will tell. I have done everything I can. :heart:
