Narrow Shoes?

Wow, now that’s good customer service.  When I received the wrong item twice, I was told I had to return in order to be refunded.  No apology, either.

I saw this post and the same thing happened to me so I thought they’d let me keep the duplicate as well… nope they’re sending a prepaid return label and I have to return it.
