Hi kemiqueen   I’m just now seeing your post, thanks so much for replying!  It’s been a few months since I bought the pan, and I never did post a review on it.  I guess I was hesitant as to what to say, lol!  I probably should have done an exchange, but just didn’t do it.  It’s a royal pain to return cookware!  So much packaging to deal with.

I didn’t know I could have gotten a partial refund without returning it, that’s good to know, thanks for the info!  Yes, HSN is very good about returns and exchanges, love them for that.

Unfortunately for me, it took more then 30 days for me to find them ready for to be washed!
