Thank you both for your replies.  I don’t have a narrow foot or a wide foot but I think I might get a half size up.

They do have a narrower footbed. I have several because they are cute but my heel and toes are barely on my sandal.  

I have a narrow foot and have purchased locally and i can tell you they fit my foot really well so i would say they run a little narrow and they are extremely comfortable. Hope this helps.
