I was told by DelrayLaw  that apparantIy I have 2 avatars:

gise427 with my picture ( a B&W of my face)

and gise427 with a grey face.

My messed up newest name is gise0427 w/ grey face. (has a 0 that shouldn’t be there)

This all happened when I was placing an order and it wouldn’t let me “SUBMIT”.

I was told to try again or call Customer Service which was closed Pacific time.

I re tried 3 times with the same response then I closed all apps and shut down the

computer. When I logged in again I had lost all my HSN info.

I also checked my scores in arcade and they are gone.

I was at 139,000ish lifetime and 134,000ish current.

I talked with Customer Service today to submit the order I was placing last night when all

this happened. They said it’s a technical issue, couldn’t do anything about it, but 

CS in the forum could?

When I placed my order today I had to go through a verification process which then (because I asked)

brought up my correct account with my avatar picture and name.

Right now in this forum I’m back to my correct account settings but fear it’s temporary.

What should I do or what’s the best way to explain to someone in CS if needed?

Tell them I have 3 avatars/accounts and???????
