I collect shoes!!!  Been doing so for 48 years!!! The reasons ha ha. Gained weight, lost weight, the shoes always fit, and look good!!!

I collect vintage sewing patterns.:heart: I love the artwork on the pattern fronts and the original designs. I have way too many patterns–old and new, considering I haven’t sewn in years.

I also collect vintage brooches.:heart: I display them in a pretty glass-front shadow box. 

I collect gemstones they are so much fun! I found so many bargains here on Hsn! I collected coins and elephants and give as well as triggers when the kids were little! I use bearskin tools from hsn to make gems into gifts and jewelry!!!!

As a kid, I collected those Wacky Stickers and election pins.  

What a fond memory.  Well, my Stickers went to my son, and hmm, I’ll have to take a look for the pins.  As an Adult who has moved so much; my preference is the easy to transport, shiny, bling that I collect too much of, yes, that is my Jewelry and love it!  

And agree that you ladies from the Jewelry thread were so kind, and fun and really informative. Thanks for sharing your purchases and knowledge.

I collect the CARNIVAL CHALKWARE ….  this was given out as prizes at fairs and carnivals dating back to the late 1800’s until about the 1950’s……….

I mostly collect Dogs and Animals which are my favorite.  I especially love the ones that still have the GLITTER on them 🙂   I have close to 80 pieces in my collection !  I do have the beloved Kewpie Doll, sailor girls, a majorette……….and a Snow White also !

Here are boots hanging on the fence.

We have a wooden fence that surrounds the back yard. I collect different wooden ornaments and signs to decorate the parts of the fence facing the street. I have many decorations for each season! I also collect rain boots that I use as planters in the spring and summer.

I have enjoyed reading about everyone’s collections.

I no longer wear my denim Hard Rock jacket, but still add pins. Two of my favorites are shown in the close up. 

I finally had a moment to get caught up on Snow’s thread. Wow! A lot of unique collections. I forgot to mention another of my collections, and I know it’s so 1980 🙂 I also collect pins from the Hard Rock Cafe. Whenever we travel, I stop at the Hard Rock Cafe and buy a pin to add to my collection. 

In addition to the big (4) that I collect I also collect limited edition, and other print artwork.  I haven’t purchased a piece in about a year now though.  I have at least two unframed pieces but most are framed and hanging in various rooms of my home.

Snow that is cool about the pens. A dear friend of mine collects vintage ones and is obsessed w/ the glitter inks! 

After meeting many of you on the good old Jewerly Thread I collect Jewerly.

I also collect crystals and inadvertenly leather jackets… 

I collect jewelry because wearing beautiful jewelry makes me feel great!  I used to collect other things, but found that I became tired of dusting them and stopped collecting anything except jewelry.  I don’t have to dust jewelry, haha!
